Zulu Nyala Safaris

Game viewing and night drives, photographer's hides, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and accompanied walks. There is a swimming pool, tennis court and snooker table.

Zulu dancing and excursions to the coast can be arranged. The reserve is situated in the foothills of the Lebombo mountains and includes acacia savanna, riverine forest and fever tree forest.

Elephant, giraffe, impala, kudu, rhino, zebra, warthog, leopard, reedbuck, nyala and giraffe.

Seven luxury suites and four twin family rooms all en suite. Meals are provided and there is a bar.

Natal South Africa 2010The reserve is located at the foot of the Lebombo mountains and comprises boulder strewn mountain slopes together with bushveld and grassland.

There are guided walks, open vehicle game drives, visits to a waterhole hide and evening visits to the summit of the Lebombo mountains to watch the sunset, picking out nocturnal animals after dark on the return. There is traditional South African cuisine with lots of venison dishes.

Hunting is allowed on a small scale and there are slaughtering and skinning facilities. Impala, kudu, reedbuck, nyala, giraffe, leopard, monkey, warthog and waterbuck.

There are eight two bed fully equipped, serviced, en suite rondavels with a lounge, dining room, bar and pool.

Umziki Game Ranch

The ranch is used for hunting and there are full slaughtering, skinning and deep freeze services available. Only certain calibres of gun are allowed. For non hunters there is a network of trails from which game may be viewed.

The game includes rhino, zebra, warthog, impala, kudu, reedbuck, steenbok, nyala, giraffe and waterbuck.

Accommodation is a fully furnished thatched lodge. Guests require to bring their own food.
